Thursday was my birthday and my friend and roommate Denise gave me gouache colors as a present. Getting new creative supplies made me very excited and immediately motivated to be creative. I ended up painting a portrait of my friend Denise.

What it could become...

I would continue this fun activity and paint portraits of all roommates and ex-roomates and their cats aswell as loved ones to create an ancestral gallery in the staircase of our appartment, crafting dramatic picture frames for them aswell.
